After a successful loan for six months , Azeez Oseni had secured a permanent deal with a Slovak Super Liga team, Spartak Trnava by signing a professional contract.
The club is one of the most successful clubs in Country having won Czechoslovak First League title five times.
Talking about his excitement about the deal, Alhaji Gafar, the founder of Azeez boyhood club said, “I was a bit on edge, thinking how was he going to adapt witnessing the work ethics of Spartak and the responsibility of playing as a No. 10 in Europe. Lion Azeez proved his worth including winning the award for the best goal of 2022. Now the loan deal is permanent today till 2026 with a 100% increase on his salaries and bonuses.”
The accomplished Football Manager who has set a target of 7 goals and 14 assist for his in his first season is of the opinion that, “step by step, we might be systematically having options to the attacking midfield challenges of the Super Eagles with emergence of Azeez and other young players.
