The President of Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Wednesday, 16th August, 2023 assigned portfolios to twenty one ministers.
The list released on Wednesday night showed Senator Owan Enoh as the Minister of Sports.
Before his appointment, Enoh was the Senator who represented Gross River central in the 8th Assembly.
The new Nigeria Sports minister is a farmer who specialises in Arable farming.
He takes over from Sunday Dare who was the Nigeria Sports Minister from 2019 to 2023.
