The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has reaffirmed that all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) must conduct their final matches for the 2025 President Federation Cup on Saturday, February 22, or Sunday, February 23, 2025.

In a directive issued to the secretaries of the State Football Associations and the FCT, NFF’s Director of Competitions, Ruth David, emphasized: “Final matches are to be played ONLY ON 22nd/23rd, except in special cases and as approved by the NFF.”

Non-compliance with this directive will result in a fine of ₦1,000,000 (One million naira).

The schedule for the national stages of this year’s competition is as follows:

  • National Play-Off: March 5, 2025
  • National Draw: March 12, 2025
  • Round of 64: March 19, 2025
  • Round of 32: April 2, 2025
  • Round of 16: April 16, 2025
  • Quarter-Finals: May 3-4, 2025
  • Semi-Finals: May 17-18, 2025

This structured timeline underscores the NFF’s commitment to a seamless and efficient progression of the 2025 President Federation Cup.
