In an emotional and gut-wrenching revelation, comedian and skit maker Ganiyu Morufu, known to his fans as Ijoba Lande, has shared a painful chapter of his life involving betrayal and heartbreak. In an Instagram livestream interview with media personality Daddy Freeze, Ijoba Lande disclosed that he has eight disturbing videos of other men sleeping with his estranged wife, Dara—apart from the infamous admission made by Yoruba Nollywood actor, Baba Tee.
With a voice full of anguish, Ijoba Lande confessed to the immense pain he has endured upon watching these videos. “It’s so painful. I watched as these men treated her in ways I couldn’t even imagine,” he said, his words heavy with raw emotion. “They were rough with her, and every time I see it, it feels like my heart breaks all over again.”
Despite his evident anger and disillusionment, Ijoba Lande made it clear that he doesn’t want this painful experience to define all single mothers. “Just because she behaved in such a way doesn’t mean every single mother will,” he clarified. “Her actions are her own choice, her own will. It’s not about all women.”
His emotions spilt out further as he described how the entire situation has left him feeling drained and uninterested in relationships. “Since I left her, no woman has caught my attention. I’ve completely shut myself off from women. I challenge anyone to show proof of me with any woman in a hotel since this happened,” he said. Ijoba Lande also revealed that he has had Baba Tee’s intimate video with his wife for months, keeping it as a painful reminder of the betrayal. “I’ve had that video for four months now,” he shared. “And I’m thinking of releasing it soon.”
