In a week already packed with celebrity headlines, a new social media storm erupted between Big Brother Naija Season 7 winner Phyna and IsraelDMW, the outspoken logistics manager of Afrobeats megastar Davido. What began as an emotional exchange over loyalty and friendships quickly spiraled into one of the most talked-about celebrity dramas of 2025.
It all started with Sheila Courage, Israel’s ex-wife, who has recently grown close to a circle of BBN stars, including Angel, Ilebaye, and, most notably, Phyna. Fans noticed Sheila’s glowing presence at Phyna’s birthday celebration in Mauritius earlier this month, a friendship that seemingly didn’t sit well with Israel, who was watching from the sidelines.

Israel, who tied the knot with Sheila in 2023, endured a messy divorce just six months into their marriage.
