Big Brother Naija Season 10 officially kicked off with a spectacular launch on Saturday night, setting the tone for a season that promises to be nothing short of legendary. Tagged “10/10”, the milestone season opened with a vibrant celebration of womanhood, bold personalities, and historic game-changing twists that will shape the journey of 15 powerful female housemates.

The night opened with a high-energy performance by Nigerian music star Fido, who thrilled the live audience with his hit tracks “Awolowo” and “Joy Is Coming”. But joy wasn’t the only thing heating up the stage. Moments later, fan-favourite host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu made his grand entrance, donning an eye-catching pink ensemble — a hint of what was to come.

In what could be described as the start of a new era for the Big Brother franchise, the first launch night focused solely on introducing the women of the season. And what a lineup it was — a diverse group of women, all bringing their stories, charisma, and unfiltered truths into the iconic house.

From single mothers and DJs to entrepreneurs, models, creatives, and mental health advocates, these housemates are not here to play small. They’re here to make history.

Season 10 Twists: Bigger House, Bigger Bag

Ebuka’s virtual tour of the house revealed a massive upgrade in aesthetics, comfort, and space. But beyond the visuals, BBNaija Season 10 comes with its biggest prize package yet — a combination of cash and lifestyle rewards. However, there’s a twist: housemates must keep the energy high and avoid slacking, or they risk shrinking the prize money.

Biggie has raised the stakes — laziness could cost the housemates everything.

Why This Season Matters

Big Brother Naija’s 10th season is more than entertainment. It’s a social experiment, a platform for voices that challenge stereotypes, and a stage for dreams to unfold. These women are here to win, to grow, and to represent the multidimensional spirit of Nigerian womanhood.

As the season continues with another launch set to introduce more housemates, one thing is certain: the women have already made history.
