The 2019 Grade One referee was officially recognized as the Best Referee of the just-concluded N-Youth League Cup National Super 8, hosted at the historic Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos. This honour came after a week of high-stakes youth football action, culminating in an exhilarating final where Kwara United U-19 clinched the title with a 3-2 win over Atlanti Business Football Club.

Ramadan was entrusted with officiating the all-important final, a responsibility that not only underscored his reputation but also gave him the platform to display the consistency and confidence that earned him widespread respect throughout the tournament.
Known for his calm presence, sharp decision-making, and deep understanding of the laws of the game, Alli Ramadan has built a solid refereeing career over the years. Currently officiating in the Nigeria National League (NNL) cadre, he has handled several high-profile fixtures both within Lagos State and beyond.
His stellar performance over time didn’t go unnoticed — in 2023, he was selected for the prestigious FIFA Member Association (MA) Referees Course, a milestone that further validated his standing among Nigeria’s top emerging referees.
