The Big Brother Naija Season 10 house has once again been thrown into suspense and excitement as Zita reclaimed the Head of House title for Week 8. Her dramatic victory came only a day after Koyin was crowned, marking one of the shortest HOH reigns in the history of the show.

On Monday night, the housemates faced a tense challenger game that tested their determination and strategy. Zita outlasted her rivals to secure her second HOH title of the season, having first claimed the crown in Week 4 when she dethroned Doris. Her return to power confirms her growing influence and tactical strength in the House.

Immediately after her win, Zita appointed Kola as her deputy and house guest, granting him shared access to the exclusive HOH lounge. In a move that sparked conversations among viewers, as she selected Rooboy as her lounge companion when she won in week 4. Many fans believe this decision highlights a calculated alliance that could shift the balance of the game.

Zita’s victory guarantees her immunity from nominations this week while giving her control of the HOH room and greater authority over house dynamics. The announcement also comes with a sharp twist. Koyin, who had just defeated Faith, Bright Morgan, Thelma Lawson, Kola and Zita in a two-part contest on Sunday, saw his reign cut short in less than 24 hours. His choice of Jason Jae as lounge partner now seems like a distant memory.

Earlier on Monday, before the HOH games began, Koyin read out the week’s brief, introducing the theme “Flying Solo”. Despite the title, housemates will work in pairs to deliver cultural presentations on selected Nigerian states, a task designed to challenge individuality, creativity, and teamwork.

Meanwhile, Faith continues to enjoy a strong position after being named Most Influential Player for Week 7, a title that secures him automatic immunity from eviction. With alliances shifting, powers changing hands, and the finale drawing closer, the competition inside the Big Brother Naija house is becoming more intense than ever.
