Tobi Amusan has once again reminded the world why she remains a force to be reckoned with in women’s athletics. The reigning World Record holder in the 100m hurdles delivered a breathtaking performance at the Rabat Diamond League, sprinting to victory in a Season’s Best (SB) and Meeting Record (MR) time of 12.45 seconds.
With the Moroccan crowd roaring in support, Amusan’s confidence and rhythm were on full display as she flew over the hurdles, crossing the finish line well ahead of the competition. This performance not only secured her a well-deserved win but also etched her name into the record books at the Rabat meet, breaking the previous Meeting Record of 12.51 seconds set by American Brianna McNeal back in 2018.
